Senior Manager, Accounting

SYNNEX is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work exclusively in the Finance team of its wholly owned subsidiary, Hyve Solutions Corporation. Hyve is a leading provider of purpose-built energy efficient datacenter infrastructure designed for large scale deployments. You will enjoy a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Hyve General Ledger accounting team, with three experienced direct reports.


• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.


• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.


• Coordinate and complete annual audits.


• Provide recommendations for the correct accounting for new products and services.


• Take ownership pf Hyve's revenue recognition processes to ensure compliance with ASC606.


• Improve systems, processes and procedures and initiate corrective actions.


• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and the completeness and accuracy of the General Ledger.


• Assist Hyve's Worldwide Controller with ad hoc projects and tasks.


• This position will report to the Worldwide Controller - Hyve Solutions

Your passion is sparked by:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance


• Recognized accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CMA)


• Minimum of 10 years of relevant managerial experience


• Manufacturing or technology experience is essential


• Supply Chain experience is a plus


• Proven project management experience


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• A "self starter", able to multi-task effectively


• Enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment


• A positive attitude and a sense of humor is a must


• Proficient in MS Word


• Intermediate, or better, Excel user


• US citizen or Permanent Resident
