Install internal parts in sub assemblies and body assemblies to close tolerances. Assemble valve sub assemblies into final assembly. Test performance leak rate of valves and package & label valves for final shipment.

Select various valve parts for assembly from production work order.
* Install and assemble seat, pin and pin carrier, pushrods using dial indicator.
* Install and assemble assemblies, pistons and adaptors into body assemblies.
* Install internal parts such as diaphragm, spider and buffer plate into power element assembly for heli-arc welding.
* Load and unload valve final assembly into test equipment and run tests.
* Painting and curing components or sub assemblies may be required.
* Get and dispose of material to and from work position.
* Clean equipment as required.
* Flexing from one workstation into another is required for continuous through put.
* Maintaining cycle counts (inventory) may be required.
* Active participation in High Performance Team.
* Active participation in lean events-

High School Diploma or GED
* Manufacturing experience and/or a combination of education and experience.
* Ablity to work as part of an effective, high functioning team.
* Experience of Lean and problem solving events
