Kleinfelder's Austin, Texas office is seeking entry level Construction Materials Testing Technicians to join our team.
We provide construction inspection and material testing services to a broad range of local and national clients. We are looking for individuals who are interested in in joining a dynamic team and building their career in the field of construction inspection and materials testing.
We're looking for a person with strong initiative, who will perform routine to complex inspection and testing of construction materials in the field, in order to verify conformance to construction plans and specifications.
The Technician will prepare daily reports and data sheets and may be called upon to perform various tasks at the discretion of the supervisor.
Required Certifications include (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire):
Must be able to use a computer and a general knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Must have own vehicle, a valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Must be willing to travel as required to fulfill project assignments.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
