As a Staffing Support Specialist you will be responsible for managing the operational support of customer staff augmentation needs.


You will handle customer opportunities and interface with the sales team to help drive staffing services.

Job Responsibilities:



Coordinate the entire staffing sales cycle from opportunity to invoicing
Recruit IT talent.


Work directly with Regional technical teams to qualify candidates .


Interact with customer , sales and coordinate interviews and deployment of candidates.
Meet/speak with candidate for pre-screening purposes
Develop and maintain a candidate database.
Post new requirements on job boards



Maintain relationships with our consultants at customer sites to obtain status of the engagement.
Maintain and grows relationship with customers attention to help establish possible new staffing business.


Maintain and grow relationships with our staffing partners


Ensure corporate policies and proper paperwork is in place for all placements of candidates.


Oversee and works with billing department to ensure proper invoicing


Additional administrative tasks, as assigned by direct manager and VP of Services.
Attend customer meetings when possible to grow and promote the staffing business.
Develop and maintain reporting on staffing business

Preferred Requirements:


Experience working in IT Staffing or Staffing industry

Education and Experience:


Minimum High School Diploma



Physical Requirements of Position:


Ability of finger dexterity to be used primarily to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects or pinching fingers together. Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands and / or fingers. Speech ability must be at a level where one must convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly or quickly. Hearing ability must be at a level to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. Visual ability must be average with ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery. Physical strength for sedentary work with sitting most of the time. May have to exert or lift up to 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally.
