Job Description:

The Asset Based Lending (ABL) organization is part of Credit Markets within Commercial Banking. ABL is responsible for originating, structuring, and the ongoing portfolio management of asset based loans within MMBSI, CCBSI, and CIB. ABL Credit Markets is a newly formed group within ABL that is being created to coordinate the syndication efforts of ABL transactions throughout the firm. The ABL Credit markets team will be focused on origination support and execution leadership of all syndicated ABL loans.

Vice Presidents within ABL Credit Markets gain critical skills in deal structuring, syndication, financial analysis, and overall risk assessment. They work with senior originators supporting the ABL syndication and are part of broader transaction teams including debt capital markets, commercial & investment banking coverage, and credit.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and streamline the syndication effort of the ABL product across JPM
• Significant interaction with clients, sponsors, lenders, and senior leaders within JPM
• Support credit in the structuring and diligence of each transaction
• Working on marketing materials, presentations, lender communication, and loan documentation
• Data analytics and market comps
• Primary responsibility of reviewing work prepared by analysts

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking or commercial banking
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and help develop innovative client solutions
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking, credit and debt capital markets products
• Strong credit acumen and knowledge
• Develop capability to run less complex transactions with minimal oversight
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized and able to efficiently manage projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to client senior management, investors and senior members of the firm
• Bachelor's degree required
• Security licenses 7 or 79, and 63 will be required for this position. Candidates who are not currently licensed will be required to obtain those within 180 days of start date. Any securities licenses actively held, but not required for the position, will not be carried by JPMorgan Securities LLC
