Clearance

TS/SCI w/ Poly

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sponsors goals of delivering new and existing training courses for both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated experience delivering classroom-based, blended, or virtual instructor-led training in an IC environment
• Relevant background in data management or governance, data management tool use, and/or tool development
• Demonstrated experience working with sponsor or Partner agency data in a Mission operations environment and/or demonstrated experience developing or configuring tools or platforms for Mission use
• Knowledge of CI and tradecraft tools, and a willingness to learn new technology
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
• Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing

• Instructor certification is highly desirable
• Relevant background in data management or governance
