CenterDirectorsmust pass state and company background checks. Experience and educational requirements include:


  • Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred

  • MA DEEC Director II Certification required

  • At leastthreeyears of center leadership/administrative experience

  • Professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children
