About the job

This role is on a core team that drives transformation ("Transform to Win") for Danone North America. The transformation team marshals development of a new operating structure in service of Danone North America strategic growth. The new operating structure includes modernizing business practices and working norms, overseeing development of technology systems investments, and shepherding implementation of other business investments. We are currently looking to hire a Manager of Business Transformation based in either White Plains, NY, or Broomfield, CO!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Driving forward the Transform to Win program in North America


• Developing and managing a detailed master plan of activities to ensure work is on track across multiple streams tied to the integration and new operating structure


• Regularly updating Steering Committee on progress, remove barriers, and ensure program is successful


• Problem solving issues and anticipate derailers


• Inspiring employees and acting as role models for the sort of behavior needed to encourage and embed change


• Ensuring delivery of program objectives, including value capture, organization structure, ways of working / behavior, systems implementations, talent selection, etc.

About you

About You:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Consulting, Strategy or CPG Leadership role


• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred


• Intellectual curiosity and courage to challenge status quo


• Strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization, and ability to work in a complex matrix environment


• High tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change. Able to work in a complex environment with changing priorities

The base compensation range for this position is $110-125K.
