A mortgage network and knowledge of mortgage industry
At least five years of recent experience within mortgage origination
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum KSAs
Excellent customer service & people management skills
Experience on US loan servicing regulations
Certification on US Mortgage or Lending domain desirable (any institute)
Develop and maintain superior customer connect
Follow the governance mechanism established with the client
Help develop technology advancements and process improvements
Keep track of all customer feedback/ process issues. Drive actions towards delivery excellence
Resource Planning, Recruitment and Work Allocation
Ensure that all committed deliverables and services are rendered on schedule and at the defined quality levels
Develop performance standards, metrics and goals and manage the achievement of those goals
Prepare and send operational reports and information to client, management and stakeholders
Required
Total 4+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Minimum of 4 years experience in Mortgage Origination
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to analyze problem situations, take ownership and resolve
Excellent communication skills -- both oral and written
Management and/or project experience
Good analytical skills
Familiar with essential processes of Ops functional areas and able to work cross functionally
Excellent MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations
