Job Summary

Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external clients for vacation ownership loan and assessment foreclosure transactions. Processes a high volume of foreclosure orders in multiple states accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Role focuses on process improvement, identifying opportunities, providing creative solutions, and leading the team.


• Coordinate the work and activities of others within the department and offshore: resolve escalated issues, measure and monitor capacity, coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and provide training. May provide input to hiring decisions and performance management process.


• Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.


• Provides underwriting interpretation within established guidelines.


• Provides instructions for large scale or unique projects. Identifies trends and recommends process improvements to management.


• Customer contact involves resolving complex problems. Researches issues to get at root cause, recommends areas of improvement.


• Typically involved in operating system enhancements providing feedback and QA testing on system changes.


• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

Typical Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years directly related experience
