Job Summary
Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external clients for vacation ownership loan and assessment foreclosure transactions. Processes a high volume of foreclosure orders in multiple states accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures.
Essential Functions
Role focuses on process improvement, identifying opportunities, providing creative solutions, and leading the team.
Coordinate the work and activities of others within the department and offshore: resolve escalated issues, measure and monitor capacity, coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and provide training. May provide input to hiring decisions and performance management process.
Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.
Provides underwriting interpretation within established guidelines.
Provides instructions for large scale or unique projects. Identifies trends and recommends process improvements to management.
Customer contact involves resolving complex problems. Researches issues to get at root cause, recommends areas of improvement.
Typically involved in operating system enhancements providing feedback and QA testing on system changes.
Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
