Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting entry level opportunity for a Global Service Desk Account Coordinator supporting Managed Accounts!



  • Assist with the deployment coordination of hardware and software solutions for some of Konica Minolta's largest and highest visibility clients



    • Assist with the creation, distribution and communication of technical documentation


    • Track, document and report on current status of deployment projects





  • Assist with managing and monitoring service activity for some of Konica Minolta's largest and highest visibility clients



    • Maintain contractual obligations regarding Service Targets


    • Daily monitoring and escalating of incidents that near breaching SLAs


    • Creating and distributing very detail Service Level Reporting




  • Assist with managing MACD (Move, Add, Change, Dispose) activities after initial implementation


  • Manage a heavy calendar with daily tasks, recurring conference calls, adhoc escalations/meetings, projects and more!


Essential Job Functions


  • Participate as a key team member for account/project support and reviews


  • Perform tasks related to the assessment and development of business processes and procedures


  • Validate functionality, quality and completion of project deliverables


  • Assist in the documentation of business process flows; maintains metrics in support of those processes


  • Assist in the development of recommendations for new methods/procedures for management review


  • Follow prescribed processes and procedures including system and tool utilization


  • Support business requests for ad-hoc data query and reporting requirements


  • Work with management to maintain reporting of key business metrics


  • Develop client facing dashboards and reports, typically surrounding deployment project status or service metrics


  • Review metrics and reporting tools that could be used to measure effectiveness and efficiencies of processes and/or systems


  • Actively participate in learning opportunities and complete assigned curriculum in a timely manner; applies knowledge to continuously improve the customer experience


  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by management


Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)


  • Ability to work with little guidance


  • Proficient verbal and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to analyze processes and procedures looking for opportunities and gaps


  • Knowledge of systems and applications used to support a call center environment preferred


  • Demonstrates a high aptitude for learning new concepts and skills


  • Excellent time management skills


  • Basic technical and computer application troubleshooting skills


  • Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance


  • Computer skills- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint


  • Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications


  • High school or equivalent, BS or BA preferred

  • Minimum 2-3 years business development, data analysis or other related experiences
