CGRA is expanding its capabilities to include cyber risk services and solutions for our clients while maintaining our underwriting and loss control capabilities to support Chubb. As part of this expansion, CGRA has the need for a Senior Cyber Risk Advisor to act as frontline advisors to our clients - helping them mitigate advanced emerging and systemic cyber risks. We are looking for those with a passion for helping organizations understand and mitigate cyber and technology risks. The position will report directly to the Chubb Global Risk Advisors Cyber Practice Leader.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced subject matter expertise to customers, underwriters, brokers and agents in the areas of information security and risk management
Provide assistance in managing existing partners that support the entire suite of cyber services
Support marketing efforts related to cyber including participation in panels, authoring/publishing content and internal cross sell and effectively scale between product lines
Ongoing development and support for inflight projects that support cyber services for policyholders including online web presence, mobile apps, loss mitigation and incident response
Work with clients both internally and externally to help them understand cyber security risks and how to mitigate them
Proactively engage with customers to raise awareness and adoption of Chubb’s cyber services and solutions
Drive innovation as a differentiator by leveraging of digital technologies and data analytics
Multi-task multiple activities and work initiatives to completion
Recommend and assist with the implementation new products and solutions that could enhance the team’s ability and core responsibilities
Take complex technical topics and present them to non-technical audiences in a meaningful way.
Cross train other team members as new process and initiatives are defined
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in the field of information security, technology or other risk management related discipline
Minimum of 5 years working within an Information Security department, an Information Security role within an IT organization or a cyber security consulting/services firm
Ability to transform cyber and technical terminology into easy-to-understand language
Experience in the selection, deployment or management of cyber security solutions including vulnerability management, patch management, user access controls, endpoint security, multifactor authentication and incident response.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and organizational and analytical skills; experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports a plus
Highly collaborative, creative, and intellectually curious individual who is passionate about security engineering and supporting cutting-edge computing capabilities
Demonstrated success of using digital technologies to drive innovation and improve operational efficiencies
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision
Work virtually during normal business hours; travel to client locations where feasible
Proficiency in the latest Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite of applications
Desired Qualifications
One or more certifications in cyber security or information technology
Ongoing participation is cyber security communities
