The Opportunity

We are looking to hire a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our Senior Living Team; reporting to the Executive Director. This position is responsible for ensuring the overall sales goals of the community are met. The right person will have excellent customer service and leadership skills. The Director of Sales and Marketing is organized, self-motivated, and is comfortable analyzing and reviewing reports. Above all else; the Director of Sales and Marketing must have an unparalleled passion for service in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the All Seasons vision and brand.

 

Key Functions

• Ensure the overall sales goals of the community are met by making incoming and outgoing calls, touring prospective residents, and consistently securing new leads/leases


• Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, ensuring five-star customer service is always being displayed


• Assists with maintaining a motivational atmosphere throughout the community


• Assists in the creation of sales and marketing reports, as well as captivating newsletters and social media updates

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field


• Exceptional customer service skills


• Strong Microsoft Excel skills


• Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
