Role: C++ Developer
Location: Denver, CO
Client: Charter Communications
Note: C/C++ concepts should be very strong. Understanding/experience of embedded concepts and Networking fundamentals are must for this role.
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions systems and processes.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration deployment environments
- Practical experience with developing features for Open WRTPRPL
- Should have working experience in Wi-Fi, Wireless networking, AP Hotspot Single, SSID, Band Channel
- Strong knowledge working experience in networking Multicast, DHCP, MAPT, IPv4 IPv6
- Strong debugging troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
- Programming experience for both user and kernel space in C C++.
- Experience with the creation of packages ideally Opkg or RPM.
- Experience standing up cross compilers and build environments for bootstrapping development.
- Strong scripting skills python groovy busy Boxash and tools etc.
- Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the goals of the system.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity uncertainty and incomplete information when evaluating alternatives and making recommendations.
- Ability to work seamlessly within a team as well as manage individual tasks.
- Creative and abstract thinking skills to envision and design innovative solutions to business opportunities and challenges.
- Proven ability to work independently designing developing and deploying solutions and to deliver projects on time with minimal direction.
- Ability to listen and evaluate all opinions without bias and contribute to a common culture of excellence.
- Linux kernel development experience

- You will be working as part of a friendly Video monitoring tools agile team focused on delivering innovative software-based solutions to automate functions in our core IP Optical network
