Job Description:

A community focused hospital in Northern Indiana is looking to add a dynamic Center Sterile Processing Manager to their Perioperative Service leadership team.  This hospital is part of a larger health system that is continually reinvesting in the facilities and upgrading technologies to improve the quality of care and patient experience.

The Center Sterile Processing Manager will staff, support and manage, train, educate and provide reviews for 15 full time employees.  Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, the Center Sterile Processing Manager will establish goals and objectives, create policies and procedures and produce and meet budgets.  The Center Sterile Processing Manager will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, department managers, and support staff to ensure quality sterile processing services.  As a leader in the hospital the Center Sterile Processing Manager will be expected to obtain customer satisfaction levels, resolve problems, and identify new opportunities.
