Job Description:

SUMMARY

The Regional Registrar supports campus Registrars and other campus associates with all aspects of student records’ accuracy and timeliness.  Primary focus and responsibility of this position is to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely student records.  In addition, the Regional Registrar will assist in training of new campus associates including the Campus Registrar, Academic Dean, Test Proctors, and others, as necessary.  All Concorde associates are required to display professionalism and uphold Concorde’s Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Monitor all aspects of student records at campuses within an assigned region

  • Process Satisfactory Academic Progress at all assigned campuses

  • Notify campuses of required advising, academic success plans and SAP appeals

  • Monitor/audit SAP documentation for timeliness, completeness, appropriateness, and effectiveness

  • Timely and effectively assist with resolution of Help Spot tickets submitted from assigned campuses

  • Monitor/audit attendance and LDA at assigned campuses and raise concerns appropriately and timely and perform automatic withdrawals as necessary

  • Monitor/audit student grades at assigned campuses and raise concerns appropriately and timely

  • Audit student changes of status to ensure policy compliance

  • Assist with investigative audits and appropriately raise items of concern to senior management as appropriate

  • Conduct periodic training with campus Registrars

  • Conduct scheduled calls as necessary with all assigned campuses to share best practices, policy changes, etc.

  • Always maintain confidentiality

  • Perform other duties, as assigned

SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of academic systems including Canvas, CampusVue/Nexus, Broadleaf, Chronotek as well as Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to handle confidential information and knowledge of FERPA

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Self-motivated, inquisitive, and highly detailed

  • Travel will be required at times

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION


  • Associate degree required.  Bachelor degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years higher education experience with preference given to those working in career/technical/vocational settings that support multiple campuses in multiple locations.

**This position can be remote but should sit in the Region they serve as there will be travel to the campuses at times.
