Job Description:

Supportworks, Inc. is looking for a talented and passionate Warehouse Associate to join our crew of warehouse specialists in our new facility. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in inventory management, order accuracy, and ability to transfer materials via hand, pallet jack, or forklift.  Every order we work on is an opportunity to further redefine our industry and assist our dealer network in making a difference in their customers’ lives.

We primarily develop, manufacture and distribute foundation and concrete repair products to a network of home repair contractors across North America and beyond. We also have a new brand in our portfolio, Hello Garage, a franchise system in the garage renovation space.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving including quality control, driving a forklift, lifting boxes, verifying records, receiving product shipped from vendors, placing items in inventory, and preparing customer shipments.


• Assemble products as necessary.


• Communicate effectively with vendors, freight companies and customers while providing excellent customer service.


• Uses safe methods when handling tools and equipment.


• This position offers day hours (7:00 am to 3:30 pm) Monday through Friday.  

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or GED.


• A minimum of 6 months experience as a skilled laborer.


• A valid driver's license.


• Forklift experience.
