We are growing and continuing to hire for all positions! Nolan Real Estate Services is a Kansas City-based real estate firm that owns and manages over 7000+ units, in Kansas, Texas, Ohio, and Illinois. Over the next five years, we will continue to grow and acquiring communities now!
As a Groundskeeper you will be responsible for:

- Cleaning grounds and removing litter, debris and ensuring the property has exceptional curb appeal.
- Assisting with pool maintenance.
- Assist with distributing resident notices.
- Assisting in make-readies and other maintenance related tasks.
