Job Description:

Overview:

Assist in the delivery of comprehensive dental care to a defined patient population. Provide advanced and proficient technique and leadership skills in clinical areas.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: - High school graduate or equivalent - 3,500 minimum hours worked as a dental assistant in the last three (3) years, AND demonstrated competency using advanced assisting procedures. Required Credentials: - Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with the State of Washington. - Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - To be obtained within 90 days of hire. - BLS for Healthcare Providers. Preferred: - Three (3) to Five (5) years prior Dental Assistant experience. - Dental Assistant experience in a pediatric setting. - Dental Assistant experience with patients with special health care needs. - Orthodontic experience - Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
