BGIS is currently seekinga Facility Analystto join the team in Los Lunas, NM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Collection

• Collection of equipment data plate information, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls.


• Collection of equipment attribute information.


• Picture documentation.


• Software tracking.


• QA/QC of data plate information.


• Reports.

• Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized with the proven ability to work on various tasks simultaneously.


• Ability to learn software systems - training provided.

Customer Service

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and maintain positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients.


• Strong communication skills.


• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES

• Recommended one (1) year of experience with building / facility equipment or training equivalent.


• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required.


• Proficient in English.


• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Suite, strong excel abilities.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work at heights and from ladders.


• Ability to regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.


• Regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
