The Epilepsy NeuroGenetics Initiative (ENGIN) within the Division of Neurology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is recruiting a Manager of Clinical Program Operations. ENGIN is a Frontier Program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia that integrates genomic medicine into the clinical care of children with epilepsy. This clinical-translational-research program provides exceptional clinical care to children with epilepsy and includes a translational research program to facilitate the development of new therapies. As a dedicated epilepsy genetics program, ENGIN coordinates all clinical and research expertise in epilepsy genetics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
The ENGIN Manager of Clinical Program Operations will be a highly motivated, team-oriented individual and leader who will be responsible for oversight of all program clinical operations; leading, managing and improving all clinical and provider workflows for patient care; and supervision of clinical and support staff. The Manager of Clinical Program Operations will serve as an interface between ENGIN and its partners, including collaborators, industry partners, referring providers, and patients and families. The Manager of Clinical Program Operations will work with the Directors of the ENGIN Program as well as Division of Neurology leadership.
