The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Support growth for our biopharmaceutical purification and drinking water businesses through management of the division's injection molder suppliers. Work on cross-functional teams including sourcing, manufacturing and product engineering to execute throughput improvement and cost reduction projects. Lead qualification of new injection molds and molding suppliers, as required, to support growth.

• Leading cross-functional teams to improve throughput and deliver cost reductions


• Implement capacity improvement projects to support business growth


• Contribute to division strategy for outsource management


• Support business growth through innovation in injection molding technologies

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution


• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in an engineering discipline


• Manufacturing experience with injection molding

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
