MedHub is responsible for managing over $5 billion in at-risk Medicare/CMS reimbursement dollars for its client institutions. In the past five years, over 75% of current MedHub clients have switched from another RMS to MedHub. 


MedHub is hiring a Product Manager.  As a Product Manager, you will drive the creation of solutions from idea to market. The Product Manager is responsible for defining, building, launching and selling solutions. To support your work, you will oversee a team of Product Owners to help execute upon the product strategic direction. You will work directly with SMEs, technical engineering teams, and other functions to ensure the solutions are developed to specification and meet the market segment demands. The Product Manager owns the product life-cycle from concept phase through development and launch. This position will be specifically focused on driving net new solutions for our medical education market.  


Specific Responsibilities:



  • Partnering with key stakeholders, define the product strategy and translate that into product road-maps supported by external analysis

  • Lead a team of product owners who create product requirements and documentation to support road-map execution

  • Researches, documents and advises on competitive products and industry shifts that may affect product, pricing, and market

  • Help define product solutions that support growth and product evolution

  • Work across the organization to develop integrated offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments, tailored by market

  • Develop business cases for new products and services for consideration

  • Develop business requirements for new product and enhancements to existing products; work with technical engineering teams on functional specifications and feature/function prioritization

  • Drives the creation of holistic, epic-level product requirements

  • Work with Field Marketing to enable the market sales teams

  • Create feedback loops within the client ecosystem including Advisory Boards, SME connections, and existing clients that allow for effective market connectivity.

  • Drive overall execution of development and launch of products/solutions, including responsibility for budget performance of product

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree 

  • 5+ years in product management

  • 2+ years of people management experience

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver on project deadlines

  • Experience working in agile development environments

  • Proven SaaS and/or PaaS product launch experience

  • Oversight and prioritization of capital management budget preferred

  • Proven ability to drive premium revenue growth preferred

  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified, preferred

  • Expertise in healthcare/nursing industry, preferred

  • Experience with Aha! and JIRA platforms, preferred

  • Experience with SAFe methodology, preferred

  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing products into market solutions

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

  • Superior business acumen

  • Self-starter with ability to learn quickly

  • Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues

  • IT and software development understanding

  • Ability to present and engage with C-suite level

  • Up to 25% travel time.
