This team provides escalation support for customer issues that ERT/L3 is unable to handle, and also is involved with designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging StoreOnce software code (fixing defects and developing enhancements). Team will be using a software development lifecycle and working with sustaining release management to coordinate release timeframes.
