Job Description:

The Technical Implementation Lead role plays an integral role in growing Partnerships through our Hybrid Data Model.  This role is responsible for leading the boarding efforts for new Hybrid Data Model API integrations, defining, building and enhancing those processes and providing operational post-live efforts.  In addition, this role will manage and serve as subject matter expert for all Hybrid Data Model processes, provide support to other resources and ensure visibility through reporting used by the Implementation team. This position has a strong focus on partner/client experience, technical support, process improvement and reporting.

In addition, this role supports all automated alliance operational onboarding efforts, serving as subject matter expert for all processes & tools and driving technology prioritization.

What You’ll Do 



  • Conduct data mapping calls for the Hybrid Data model



    • Engage Compliance, Legal & Verification Service as needed


    • Test & Launch Partnership API Integration partnering with Technology, Marketing, Data Investigations, Program Management and others as needed




  • Perform/manage UAT and design detailed testing plans for new/enhanced functionality



  • Facilitate employee training



    • New processes


    • Changes to existing processes


    • Enhancements with Cloud migration




  • Monitor performance of Hybrid Data Model integrations


  • Complete ongoing evaluations of API performance to ensure APIs are functioning as expected (review key performance indicators, client issues, exception processing, etc.)


  • Provide support to other API Implementation resources as needed.  Collaborate across functional domains (Ops, IT, External Partners, Reporting, etc.) to identify root cause of API processing and data issues



  • Develop documentation (with assistance of IS team members)



    • Training materials


    • New processes


    • Maintain/update existing documentation




  • Lead larger-scale team LEAN initiatives


Qualifications 


  • Bachelor degree Engineering, Business or IT related field is required and 5+ years of comparable, successful business experience


  • LEAN Green Belt or equivalent experience


  • Experience with integration technologies, platforms, and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, JSON, Splunk, etc.)


  • Ability to travel as necessary


  • Experience with LEAN and Project Management a plus
