Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves consumers and small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and regulatory, among others.
The Business Banking Loss Forecasting Associate will be responsible for the oversight and reporting of the quarterly allowance for credit losses, in addition to the credit costs forecast for Budget, stress testing (e.g., CCAR, Risk Appetite).
T he position will work with teammates based in the US and India, as well as partners in Controller, Finance, and Modeling team. This will be a key position in the Business Banking Credit Forecasting group responsible for providing senior management with forecast results.
The successful candidate will excel at understanding CECL and CCAR framework and model, providing intuition to support the results from business perspective. Highly effective at explaining complex data into simple, intuitive terms. Additional skills need include executive level communication and problem solving; detail oriented, self-motivated, confident and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
