Admin Assistant Project Management at Caldwell Tanks in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description:

Caldwell is seeking a Project Management Assistant that will report to the Director of Project Management. This person will assist in day-to-day activities, as well as the following:

• Receive and Process subcontract invoices so that they are paid timely


• Schedule updates, tracking, review assistance


• Assist in gathering, reviewing, and submitting project specific documents


• Prepare subcontracts for PM review and issue subcontracts after PM review, obtain and track required documentation for each subcontract


• Track and report ISO measurables and other department goals


• Assist in tracking Change Orders


• Support in maintaining electronic files on the network


• Support in project close outs

• Two years of experience in construction industry is a plus


• Familiar with accounting information, basic spreadsheets, and micro-soft tools, micro-soft project, contract specifications as well as, procurement processes, and contract administration


• Degree in Accounting and 5 years of accounting experience is preferred


• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence


• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Spreadsheet software, scheduling software and Word Processing software
