Job Description:

Specific Tasks:
Coordinates and schedules all training in the following area:

Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid/CPR/AED, and Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED training courses for the organization's workforce.
Lifestyle Coordinator for Safety Programs (LCSP) must maintain a Red Cross certification to teach Adult First Aid CPR/AED training course and Child/Infant CPR/AED training course
The LCSP shall provide a copy of each instructor's certification(s) which will be maintained on file in the fitness centers.
Educate participants on health/wellness awareness and lifestyle modification.
Provide orientation and training to new staff and communicate information about new or changes to policies and procedures.
Ensure that programs are staffed according to the scope of work and that work schedules are modified to meet fluctuating workloads.
Evaluate programs and provide progress reports to program manager.
Coordinate and/or ensure supplies, equipment, and files are maintained in properly secured storage.
Provide excellent written and oral communication skills when working with internal and external customers.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the program manager.
