Responsible for interfacing with company representatives regarding the coordination of inspection work and co-execution of critical business processes for the delivery of service to clients and inspectors. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Coordinate with Account Manager and Recruiting Department in recruiting and hiring new inspectors for specific client engagements.
Assist Account Manager is managing inspectors for specifically assigned clients and/or projects.
Support the implementation and client relationship management and project life cycle planning for service contracts.
Assist Account Manager in preparing budgetary estimates as requested by clients.
Assist in management of business relationship with specific clients.
Assist Account Manager in review of time/expense for accuracy and timely approval to ensure proper payroll processing and client billing.
Assist Account Manager when required to create Inspector Hire Requests based on Client request.
Responsible for verifying Client inspector rates and salary breakdown for each Inspector Hire Request.
Responsible for creating inspector Pay Offers in Oracle system for new inspectors and creating pay offers for assignment changes for existing inspectors.
Responsible for creating and updating Inspector pay sheets and providing to Payroll and Invoicing.
Respond to Inspector queries via phone and email.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
3+ years proven oil and gas pipeline and facility related experience.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Work, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding and ever-changing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across functional lines.
Productive work habits including attention to detail, follow throught and the ability to prioritize and complete work activities in an efficient and effective manner.
Ability to assist in creating a department atmosphere which encourages motivation, innovation and high performance.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Knowledge of Excel and Windows at an intermediate to advance level.
Demonstrated professionalism, judgement and discretion in working with sensitive information
WORKING CONDITIONS
Internal - Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work involves standing and walking for brief periods of time, but most duties are performed from a seated position. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate a computer keyboard at moderate skill level. Work may require overtime to ensure project and reporting deadlines are met.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS/CONTACTS Internal - Frequent contact with Compliance/Operations department and departmental peers. External - Frequent contact with Clients and Inspectors via phone, email or personally.
