Job Description:

















• Windows desktop and server

o Windows 7, 10

o Windows Server 2008 or higher

• Network protocols

o SIP/RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP

• VoIP technologies and products
• Test planning, test case development, execution and reporting

• Protocol analysis and troubleshooting, using Wireshark, Agilent, IRIS and/or other networking tools

• HP ALM/QC, Jira, Bugzilla or other test and defect tracking tools

• Performance, load, stability testing

• Test automation

• Microsoft SQL 2008 or higher

• Experience with Vmware

• Hand-on experience in server room (racking, cabling)

• Experience with 911 call handling equipment (PSAP CPE), including setup and testing e.g., 

o Intrado Viper

o Motorola Vesta

o Motorola CallWorks

o Comtech xt911

o Solacom Guardian

o Zetron

o Moducom

o Tritech

o Interact

o RapidDeploy

• Emergency Services IP Network (ESINet)

• Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)
Public Safety (911 and E911)
 
• Candidate would be testing and certifying 911 PSAP (Public Service Answering Point) hardware and software and GIS systems with Emergency Services IP Network (ESINet). 

• Candidate would be developing and executing test plans

• Candidate will be documenting defects and reporting test results.

• Candidate will need to work with call handling equipment and ESInet providers to investigate and determine the root cause as well as resolve issues.

• Candidate will need to perform systems integration and test

• Candidate needs to exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.  Will be working with multiple vendors, as well as multiple internal teams.

• Candidate must have attention to detail

• Candidate will need flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
