• Candidate would be testing and certifying 911 PSAP (Public Service Answering Point) hardware and software and GIS systems with Emergency Services IP Network (ESINet). • Candidate would be developing and executing test plans • Candidate will be documenting defects and reporting test results. • Candidate will need to work with call handling equipment and ESInet providers to investigate and determine the root cause as well as resolve issues. • Candidate will need to perform systems integration and test • Candidate needs to exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Will be working with multiple vendors, as well as multiple internal teams. • Candidate must have attention to detail • Candidate will need flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities |
