Job Responsibilities

The Productivity Administrator acts as the hub for quoting and order processing activity, as well as the research and sourcing of machine related tooling and accessories for Tooling Sales Engineers, including Division Sales and Applications groups. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provides product quotations, including technical and commercial information, to the Tooling Sales Engineer, supporting the productivity improvement of existing equipment installations
• Facilitates order processing and order fulfillment
• Possesses and maintains basic knowledge of products represented by the company and key strategic vendor partnerships
• Strong MS Office Suite skills required

Job Competencies/Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience required

• Ability to effectively provide quotations, enter orders and subsequent delivery follow-up to assigned sales team
• Knowledge of industry specific machine tools and applications is beneficial

• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• ERP experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail required
