ACCO Brands is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead in our Booneville, MS facility to work directly with leaders and vendors to determine if invoices meet company policy and ensure they are paid timely to vendors. The ideal individual will be an innovative self-starter, effective communicator, and strong analytical skills.

Main responsibilities include:

• Process all vendor invoices in accordance with corporate guidelines and within the required time frame.


• Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers.


• Monitor problems within the invoicing process procedure and resolving issues in a timely fashion.


• Reconcile accounts with vendors.


• Assist with month-end invoice processing.


• Assist onsite Supervisor and other leadership in managing the transactional AP team.


• Responsible for training all AP functions related to transactional processing.


• Ownership of AP shared email folder (delegating, etc.)


• Perform other related duties

Qualifications

• Associate degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.


• At least three (3) years of accounts payable processing experience.


• Experience in an electronic accounts payable processing environment.


• Experience in SAP.
