Responsibilities
Execution of Compliance Programs which include, but are not limited to: Monitoring adherence to USDA regulations, such as Sanitation Standard procedure. (SSOP's) - Operational and Pre-operational Verification - Perform sanitation audits and process deficiencies through systems- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) coordination, verification and training
Complete necessary reports and documents that address above issues
Execution of the Quality Programs which include, but are not limited to:
Specification checks, Process Control, Customer Complaint Investigations - Product Dispositions, Process Development & Quality Troubleshooting
Supply aide and support to production management
Qualifications
Ability to work the hours of 5:00 am to 2:30 pm, with the ability to start work at 4:00 am once a week
Minimum three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Must have basic knowledge of computers including Microsoft
