Overview
Louis Berger Services is currently looking for a qualified Maintenance Program Scheduler to fill a full-time role at our corporate office in Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities
Develops Fuel Facility Recurring Maintenance Plans and establishes detailed schedules of preventative maintenance events at established intervals in accordance with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) program. Maintenance activities and intervals will conform to UFC 3-460-03 "O&M: Maintenance of Petroleum Systems," American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 650 "Advanced Tank & Construction," and applicable Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS).
Review preventative maintenance deficiency reports from the field for accuracy and conformance to standards. Prepare submittals for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Project Managers and Project Engineers in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
Prepare Recurring Maintenance management reports and collaborate with government facility Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE) on significant findings and refer corrective maintenance actions to Project Managers and Project Coordinators for generation of Service Orders.
Coordinate and deconflict field Recurring Maintenance and corrective maintenance Service Order schedules. Coordinate with RMMR Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, Safety Managers and government facility QAE's.
Review Recurring Maintenance material specifications to ensure compliance with contract requirements and availability for scheduled maintenance activities.
Coordinate and track Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) repairs incidental to Recurring Maintenance. Ensure that self-perform maintenance teams and subcontractors understand the material requirements and cost associated with these repairs and that they are scheduled to occur during routine preventative maintenance events.
Conduct Recurring Maintenance project close-out, audit submittals and invoices.
Individual must possess knowledge and experience with planning, program development, construction management and maintenance.
Individual must be able to work autonomously with minimal direction from the RMMR Program Manager.
Individual must possess experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Primavera, and other applicable systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree project management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university, or experience in lieu of
2-5 years' experience with liquid fuel or water systems is preferred
Estimating experience with fuels systems is preferred
Field construction experience is preferred.
