Update and create departmental SOP's when Master Data processes are improved or created | |||
Evaluate the completeness and accuracy of the change management (PIR) documents received, and provide feedback on how to improve | |||

Pre-populate Change Management (PIR) documents with Material Master, Bill of Materials, Master Recipe, and Tracker data for Project Managers | |||
Create and modify Material Masters, Bill of Materials and Master Recipes in SAP | |||
Maintain the Raw Material (Dry Goods) numbering portfolio, which includes reusing materials that were created, but never used | |||
Maintain consistency when creating new Semi-finished/Intermediate materials (HALB's) | |||
Update information in SAP in a timely manner, which best aligns with Operational needs (occasionally needs to be done during non-production hours) | |||
Provide support in regards to any Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) issues | |||
Facilitate the new product material number development process | |||
Maintain the Product Discontinuation Master List for all materials (ROH, HALB, FERT, HAWA) | |||
Identify unique dry goods during the product discontinuation process, communicate the plan for the proper disposition of obsolete materials, and mark them as inactive in SAP when the process is complete. | |||
Review reports and address issues that need to be corrected (ex. JDA vs. SAP GRPT daily email) | |||
Perform Master Data validations based on the scheduled frequency and make corrections as needed | |||
Maintain Dry Goods Runout Tracker sheet | |||
Maintain support files like the New SKU Number Availability, New SKU Request and the BOM Component Removal (CEWB) sheets | |||

Provide troubleshooting to the organization regarding any Master Data questions or concerns | |||
Provide prompt response to critical Master Data customer requests | |||
Partner with Commercialization Project Managers on the execution of new product launches and brand refresh projects with timely responses | |||

Support a variety of Project Managers with Spec change PIR's | |||

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in materials management, analytics, supply chain, or a related field.
* Very strong Excel knowledge and skills including: Pivot tables, Macros, V-lookups, and other misc. data manipulation techniques.
* SAP experience required
