Your Responsibilities

As a Training Development Specialist for Small Ag and B2Clocated in Cary, NC or Olathe, KS, you will Integrate training initiatives from Go-to-Market with detailed product knowledge from Product Line Marketing and the Delivery team to create deliverable training curriculum and deliver classes as schedules require. Delivery of the content may occur through multiple methods including web-based/self-led, virtual instructor led, and instructor led Regional Training Programs in the field.

What Skills You Need


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills to lead and influence a team while working cross-functionally with peers/stakeholders in marketing, training delivery, and legal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop and mature ideas/initiatives into deliverable training content through collaboration
  • 2 years of advanced PowerPoint skills and interest to develop new adult learning methods
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work assignments/projects simultaneously and deliver to a committed schedule

What Makes You Stand Out


  • Learning and development process experience including instructional skills, presentation skills, needs assessments, adult learning theory, and/or courseware development
  • Product/Production System knowledge in the area of Small Ag and B2C Turf products
  • Video/photo capture, editing, and production experience
  • Strong ECAP (Enterprise Customer Acquisition Process) knowledge
  • Experience using Articulate 360 to produce training materials

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelor's Degree with exposure to business and communications
