The Implementation Manager is responsible for effectively working with key stakeholders within the company and customers while adapting quickly to change business priorities.  The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing, tracking and supporting a variety of projects simultaneously throughout all project phases of implementation. The Implementation Manager is the key stakeholder responsible for navigating our client’s through a successful implementation process.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely project status updates throughout all project phases.


• Identify risk and actively pursue effective risk management strategies for our clients.


• Actively manage project resources in terms of project deliverables and timeframes.


• Attend, participate in and facilitate project meetings.


• Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases


• Document workflows and processes and update project status within Salesforce


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Highly motivated individual able to perform under pressure


• Must be a big picture thinker that can easily identify obstacles and assist clients and team members with mitigation strategies


• Strong team player with focus on developing others


• Superior communication (verbal, written, presentation, etc.) and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc) skills essential within the internal project team and externally with vendor and clients


• Excellent organization and time management skills


• Proficient in Windows based applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and Salesforce


• Ability to travel 10%

 Education and Experience: 

• Associates degree or equivalent experience


• Minimum of one year of related experience involving project management, EMR implementation, clinic management or related fields 

Preferred: 

• Bachelor’s degree


• PMP not required but preferred


• Experience working in Healthcare or Software Development
