Why Lytx?:

The FP&A Manager will be a key member of the FP&A team at this rapidly growing SaaS company responsible for being a leader and liaison of finance for the Commercial organization, providing ongoing operational and financial analysis and guidance to sales leadership to best optimize revenue. You will use your in-depth experience with budget analysis and monitoring, expense planning and margin analysis to tie together complex data to support and influence operational decisions with leadership. You will be a key player involved in the ongoing building and optimization of the financial planning to drive results to our organization.

You'll Get To:

• Partner directly with business leaders and FP&A team on the development of the Company's annual operating plan and the six-quarter rolling forecasts.
  
• Lead revenue forecasting efforts including associated KPIs for the FP&A team.
  
• Be the business liaison, guide and counsel to contribute to planning activities for assigned area(s) of the P&L, providing accurate reporting, analysis and forecasts.
  
• Work cross-functionally with leaders across the business to manage financial growth and drive consistent achievement of growth goals.
  
• Develop complex financial models and dashboards and drive sustainable process improvement around the reporting of financial data.
  
• Own creation of reports and dashboards to measure and report on key revenue metrics, and perform deep analyses on indicators for senior leadership.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

What You'll Need:

• 7-10 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, SaaS business experience preferred.
  
• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field /equivalent experience; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
  
• Financial modeling skills, expert Excel skills, and demonstrated proficiency in analysis and presentation of business results to drive decision making to senior leadership.
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present complex financial matters to senior leadership
  
• Demonstrated work ethic, intellectual curiosity and sense of humor.
  
• Experience with ERP and Financial Planning systems is required, experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Adaptive Insights is preferred.
