Description
We are currently hiring for the role of Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing e-learning modules and graphic design projects in a hands-on environment. We're looking for a creative and collaborative individual who has experience providing impactful learning experiences for employees.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts and create training plans and story boards. Hands-on experience with subjects being taught.

Develop e-learning modules that require originality, creativity, understanding of web design principles and advanced knowledge of many complex software programs. These must provide impactful learning experiences for employees.

Graphic design projects for non-training requests.

Revise and rewrite training content as requirements change.

Assist in developing assessments that measure training effectiveness.

Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and Master's degree preferred. Work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 0-3 years of experience developing e-learning modules.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Captivate - or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of learning theory and application required.
- Working knowledge of learning management systems preferred.
- Experience meeting with subject matter experts and developing training materials that meet their needs.
- Ability to build multiple forms of student engagement-oriented training - ie: Self-paced, digital content, multi-media. integration, knowledge testing, gamification, scenario build.
- Working knowledge of creating and editing videos, including YouTube videos.
