SUMMARY: TheCustomer Experience interngets exposure to a corporate environment and gains valuable experience and insight into the department's business processes. The primary responsibilityfor this rolewill betowork with the customer experience team to create content, assist with online club moderation, as well as support and develop student engagement activities. Other tasks will be assigned as needed.Essential functions may vary from administrative, clerical and support level work to more hands-on tactical work asdetermined by business needs.You will be able to share your insights and perspective with prospective students and families, local leaders, and industry professionals. Associates will have opportunities to try new things, get noticed, and be helpful contributors. This competitive position is for teens looking to get a head start on their resume by gaining some solid experience with a large public company that is a leader in its field.

  • Work with customer experience team to develop student engagement activities and create content.

  • Review and provide feedback on teen-focused content, programs, and services.

  • Research assigned topics and conduct surveys/gather feedback from peers.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand and document school-specific programs, partnerships, andactivities.

  • Create content directed towards teens (including video, blog articles, social media posts, etc.)

  • Provideadditional support to team asneeded


Supervisory Responsibilities:


This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.



MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Currently a rising senior enrolled in a Stride Career Prep program, AND

  • Parental consent to participate is required, AND

  • Student must have current work permit, if necessary, per state law, AND

  • Be in good standing with their school, and the ability to meet the weekly responsibilities of the position

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Self-motivation and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.

  • Ability to clear required background check


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Preference will be given to students who have earned an industry-recognized certification
