KEY OBJECTIVE:  

                                     

As a member of the Global Compensation Team, provide comprehensive compensation analysis and reporting in support of North America business units and support the global execution of the company’s annual compensation planning cycle.

 

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:     

                                         

Execute a broad range of compensation activities, including:

 


  • Assist in the annual compensation planning cycle including testing and ensuring proper functionality of the global compensation planning system

  • Manage global survey library and lead participation in U.S. salary surveys

  • Basic and complex ad hoc compensation analysis

  • Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine appropriate salary range and employee pay

  • Gather data from market-based compensation surveys using spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends

  • Participate in and assist with global compensation projects as required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

  • One to three years of experience as a compensation analyst required.

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in working with large global data sets.

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Able to work independently and with ambiguity; owns projects and assignments from start-to-end

  • Must have a strong customer focus, be proactive and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to operate within a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization

  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
