IHG Army Hotels Fort Leonard Wood is currently hiring for full-time/seasonal Groundskeepers.  The starting rate of pay is $13.17 per hour.

Your day to day

This position has overall responsibility for cleaning and maintaining the grounds throughout the hotel.  This includes but is not limited to:  mowing, weed-eating, pruning plants/trees, watering grass/plants, leaf blowing, snow removal if applicable and removing trash.

What we need from you

Qualifications

This position requires the ability to perform the following: carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, pushing and/or pulling heavy objects, frequent bending, stooping, kneeling and standing on feet for long periods of time.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays/seasonal – Apr to Nov)


• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions


• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be at least 21 years of age to operate company vehicle


• Must have excellent hospitality skills


• Good communication skills


• Must be able to gain entry on Federal Military Installation
