Job Description:

IBA is always interested in looking for potential candidates. The Project Controller performs project management activities to plan, monitor, and control the design, development, testing, and implementation of Federal Government Agency product(s). Advise the Deputy Program Manager and Project Officer on day-to-day activities as well as key decision points This position is as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct project planning, develop project documentation, define and manage project resources, and provide project support.

• Accountable for the overall success of the project as measured by meeting scope, schedule, and budget objectives.

• Facilitate resolution of issues that a pertinent to the success of the project, ensuring that corrective actions are in place to prevent or address project non-conformances.

• Monitor and evaluate contract deliverables for operational effectiveness, functionality, cost, efficiency, benefits, and contract compliance.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of the PMBOK® process inputs, tools and techniques, outputs. 


• Knowledge/experience with Ektropy required.

• Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.

• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities.

Preferred Requirements

• PMP preferred, but not required.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and/or work experience required by contract labor category.

Minimum of two years’ of progressively responsible experience.  Experience shall demonstrate the ability to perform functional requirements and include a broad range of assignments performing analytical and/or technical requirements and analysis.

Security Clearance:

Existing ADP II Public Trust clearance level and above or above or ability to obtain an ADP II Public Trust.
