Position Description:
Micro-Poise Measurement Systems a business unit of AMETEK is a leading OEM supplier of capital test machinery to the worldwide automotive and tire industries located in Streetsboro, Ohio. Micro-Poise is currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

-Work with pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical drawings to layout and assemble machinery

-Follow established procedures and directions for machine assembly

-Meet daily goals for production and quality

-Keep assembly cell clean and organized

-Follow all established safety rules

Position Requirements:
- A two-year technical degree in mechanical assembly with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience or a minimum of 4 years’ experience of assembly in an associated industry

-Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics

-Ability to read mechanical drawings

-Team player with a commitment to quality

-Available to work overtime
