Job Description:

The Director, Talent Acquisition will play a strong leadership role driving talent acquisition strategy and will be a key contributor to the broader talent strategy as a member of the HR leadership team. Evolving and scaling our strategies, processes, and practices and driving detailed execution is critical to our future success. In this role, you will oversee a team of talent acquisition professionals and will also create strong internal client relationships to meet our hiring goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to remain competitive and deliver a world-class experience to our internal clients and candidates. You will thrive both when you roll up your sleeves and dive in to drive results through hands-on efforts, and while managing your team through your own expertise and enabling the expertise and innovation they each bring to the table.

• Develop a complete and accurate understanding of the business’ aims and translate this into recruitment strategies




• Effectively turn ideas into actions, and generate momentum and followership



• Navigate important relationships with partners, stakeholders and candidates


•   Build solid plans with the right goals to move our team forward

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required


• Eight years Talent Acquisition related management experience, start-up environment highly desirable


• 
  
• Ten years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience, accounting or professional services industry strongly preferred


• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing employer branding and social media recruitment strategies


• Passion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experience


• Deep desire to strengthen small business owners’ Talent capabilities through active coaching and skill development


• Outstanding relationship skills and ability to quickly build trust and respect at all levels


• Success in growing talent pipeline through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels


• Demonstrated experience in driving team effectiveness through ATS data analytics and pipeline analysis


• Enthusiasm to work collaboratively and thrive in a high-performance remote team environment


• Superior written and verbal communications skills
