Senior Financial Analyst at Click Bond in Carson City, Nevada

Job Description:

The Financial Analyst is accountable for providing analytical support and timely and accurate reporting of financial performance from all business segments within the company. Critical elements of this role include comparing and analyzing data accuracy, as well as identifying inconsistencies, trends, and significant variances. This role also engages in the compilation and creation of regularly scheduled or “ad hoc” financial statements and reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creates and maintains Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance of various aspects of business operations.


• Assists with the compilation of budget and forecast versus actual spend data.


• Collaborates with various departments to obtain variance explanations and supplemental information or supporting documents to verify data integrity.


• Serves as liaison in assisting internal and external financial auditors with research and preparing related data.


• Assists with the preparation of various executive-level reports and presentations.


• Assists in design and administration of data analysis tools and solutions.


• Assists in designing and implementing various data & document systems.


• Analyzes and diagnoses issues within business systems.


• Proposes process enhancements through data analysis.


• Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.


• Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate CB policies and procedures.


• Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.


• Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.


• Other duties as may be assigned.

• Advanced Excel skills, comfortable with pivot tables, sumifs, vlookups, index/match, and other advanced functions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Window and Office Suite including Excel and Word.


• Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write and read English.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.


• 7-10 years’ experience in related field.
