Juniper Hills Academy in Dripping Springs, Tx is searching for enthusiastic, hardworking teachers that are committed to the overall success and growth of children. The Childcare Center is onsite at the new HHS campus in Dripping Springs and available for use to employees. We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, fun, committed early childhood educators who love working with children.

We are a new center, on the HHS headquarters campus, come join us in creating a fun-filled learning environment for children to reach their full potential. Juniper Hills Academy is located at the HHS corporate office in Dripping Springs, Texas.

We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

• Experience working in Infant-PreK classroom


• Impeccable professional references and a proven track record of caring and nurturing children to provide them with a great start to their educational careers


• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience


• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of the School 7:00AM-6:00PM 

 

Early Childhood Teachers Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years or older


• 2+ years’ experience working in a licensed childcare environment (preferred)


• 3 professional references


• Ability to pass state and federal background checks


• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.


• Ability to create developmentally appropriate lesson plans for classroom environments


• Must be willing to follow Juniper Hills Academy and state licensing policies and procedures


• Reliable transportation


• Dependability


• Willing to be flexible including overtime hours

Jim helped Red Top grow into a national organization and later helped a competitor establish its business after Red Top sold. His experience in the field led to the development of HHS. Throughout the past 45+ years of business, HHS has developed our expertise in integral support services including housekeeping, food services, facility maintenance, and technology for the healthcare, government, senior living, resort, aviation, and education industries. HHS has experienced a growth rate of about 10% per year and is seeking great leaders and team members to grow with us.
