Product Manager, Cisco SaaS



Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do:


  • Prepare and analyze forecasts, PL management

  • Provide sales support and proactively work with sales team to find new opportunities

  • Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and create reports and/or presentations

  • Prepare business plans with general guidance

  • Monitor and measure the P&L of product line and make recommendations for improvement

  • Manage the vendor relationships at a couple of levels within the vendor

  • Create detailed marketing strategies and programs

  • Identify, lead and execute operational efficiency projects

  • Point of escalation for Account Managers for assigned vendors

  • Support AM sales calls with customers on individual opportunities

  • Update internal website(s) with current sales guides, process guides, price lists, contacts, etc.

  • Assist Order Management and Customer Service teams to solve post sales issues

  • Coordinate and deliver training to the sales team via email updates, training room and WebEx

  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate vendor projects, programs, promotions

  • Create pricing templates, vendor groups, and special pricing procedures for vendors

  • Assist with purchasing a

  • Vendor and Customer Relations

  • Order processing subject matter expert by vendor

  • Vendor program subject matter expert for order requirements

  • In coordination with PSM and sales staff, works within customer accounts to recruit, develop and position product line,

  • Build relationships with all key vendor contacts

  • Knowledge

  • IT/Security/Telecom industry experience preferred

  • Cisco SaaS experience preferred

  • Microsoft Office Applications

  • Higher level of Microsoft Excel preferred

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent plus 2 - 5 years of related experience


  • Comprehensive knowledge of PM processes, procedures and terminology


  • Demonstrated background exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action


  • Proven experience building productive internal/external working relationships


  • Excellent verbal and written communications a must with demonstrated organizational and planning skills

$39,000 - $74,750

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be basedona number ofvariables includinggeographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will bemutuallyagreeduponat the time of offer.
