Summary and Nature of the Work:

• Oversees the administration, operations, and business performance of his/her assigned Electrical Division.This includes responsibility for achieving the division's revenue and profitability goals and of managing the job performance of and investing in the professional development of the assigned technicians, supervisors, project engineers and/or project managers.


• Directly contributes to the success of the company by overseeing the productivity, safety, quality, and profitability of all electrical contract and electrical projects for the Division.

Qualifications: Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position.

• Education:Bachelor's Degree.


• Experience:
  
  
  • At least 5 years of full-time experience in an OutsideSalestype of role, service sales preferred.
  
  
  • At least 3-5 years of P&L experience.
  
  
  • At least 5 years of experience directly supervising at least 10 employees. This includes direct responsibility for all employment decisions, performance evaluations and performance improvement meetings.
  
  
  
  


• Other requirements:Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check. Must be able to satisfactorily pass a drug screen. Must be able to meet our company's qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license.
