U.S. Electrical Services is looking for a Project Manager to join its Team.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Handles all aspects of assigned jobs once closed and submitted for approval by the estimating department
Establishes and maintains superior customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Reviews jobs turned over by estimators and/or outside sales for accuracy
Enters HOLD orders with the vendors
Reviews returned submittals and addresses all comments
Handles any requests for changes to the job
Manage client projects and timelines while ensuring timely communications with clients
Releases the job for shipment and provides the customer with shipping information
Confirms that jobs are billed accurately and completely
Some Outside Sales responsibilities
Addresses customer complaints and/or inquiries promptly to assure equitable resolution and to maximize customer satisfaction
Project positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendors and suppliers
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience within the electrical industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Office
Detailed oriented and excellent work ethic
Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
Driven to succeed, motivated by rewards and incentives
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
